Returns
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased/received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging or with the original tags. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Absence of a receipt may result in the refusal of a refund or exchange only at the discretion of Red Horse Vale Ltd.
Oil Can Hire
Oil cans are hired out at the cost of £12 per can. Upon return of the empty can with the original receipt, £2 will be refunded to the same payment method as it was originally purchased. Without a valid original receipt, the refund may be refused or the value of the refund reduced as a consequence.
Gas Cylinder Charge
All gas purchases are subject to a cylinder charge unless an empty qualifying cylinder is exchanged. (Qualifying cylinders are empty Flo Gas cylinders within the same exchange group / empty Campingaz cylinders that are the same size). This cylinder charge is not a deposit and is nonrefundable.
